Brief Introduction
AM cultivates the student with the overall development among noble morality, good intellectual and well physical education. After 4-year study, the student should be familiar with the theories and practices of administrative management in and aboard, master the relative knowledge, such as Administrative Science, Management Science, Economics, Politics, Law, Sociology and so on. The student also should be able to be cultivated as inter-disciplinary talents and practice talents in government, enterprises, social group and teaching and research institution with strong theoretical base and high quality of modern administrative management. 

Main courses of this specialty includes: Principle of Management, Fundament of Administrative Science, Politics Science, Political System of Contemporary China, Comparative Political Institution, Administrative Organization, Regional Government Administration, Municipal Administration, Public Policy, Introduction of Law, Outline of Sociology, Government Economics, Development & Management of Human Resource in Public Sector, Introduction of Community Management, Introduction of Property Management, Enterprise Planning, Enterprise Strategy Management, Psychology of Management, Office Automation, Specialty English. After graduation, the cultivated students could engage in administration sector, human resource sector and secretary sector of government, enterprise and other social groups, or continue to study the master with relative specialties of disciplines.
