Mainly engaged in Short-term Climate Diagnosis and Prediction, Regional Climate Change and its Simulation, Statistical Climate Theory and so on. Presided over and completed more than 20 scientific research projects such as 973 project Interaction between Surface System Driven by Coastal City Belt and East Asian Monsoon System and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Published hundreds of academic papers, including more than 40 papers collected by SCI and 5 monographs.


Study experience 
 From September 1980 to July 1984, undergraduate student in the Department of Meteorology, Nanjing University, graduated with a bachelor's degree;

September 1984-July 1987, graduate student, Department of Atmospheric Sciences, Nanjing University, with a Master's Degree

From September 1997 to June 2000, received her PhD in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, Nanjing Institute of Meteorology.


Work experience

From July 1987 to November 2002, teacher of Nanjing Institute of Meteorology (successive lecturer, associate professor and professor );

From June 2001 to June 2002, visited the Department of Atmospheric Sciences of Taiwan University for cooperative research;

From November 2002 to July 2006, Deputy Director, Department of Resources, Environment and Urban-Rural Planning, NUIST (presided over the work);

Aug. 2006 - Nov. 2006, Vice Dean, School of Atmospheric Sciences, NUIST;

November 2006-April 2010, Director, Key Laboratory of Meteorological Disasters, NUIST , Vice-Dean, School of Atmospheric Sciences;

From January 2010 to April 2010, served as Assistant Director of Climate Center, China Meteorological Administration;

From May 2010 up to now, Vice-President of NUIST.
