In just over two years, the Climate College has moved from blueprint to a functioning international network. Nine Climate Colleges established with partners in seven countries—Ghana, Uganda, Ethiopia, Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Italy and Poland—covering Africa, Asia,and Europe, each focused on the region’s most pressing climate risks, from African drought and flood resilience to Central Asian dryland agriculture and European urban climate.
22 Climate College Scholarship students enrolled in 2025–2026 across bachelor, master and doctoral levels;
The first 15 “2+2” undergraduates from Accra Technical University (Ghana) began their studies at NUIST in September 2026;
